PASTOR: Fill out the CHURCH PARTNERSHIP FORM to support this Walk on a Church level. We are asking for each church to bring 10 men to join the walk and to support the effort with a $100 donation. See details on form below.
COMMUNITY ADVOCATE: Fill out the COMMUNITY ADVOCATE FORM. Community Advocates are representatives of organizations that would like to support the effort by providing various goods, promotion, and volunteers. More info below.
BUSINESS: Fill out the SPONSORSHIP FORM. This option is for those who would like to support the Walk financially with two levels of sponsorship to choose from. With your sponsorship, you will receive promotional space with your logo on our T-shirts and Banners for the event.
